Gantenbein Winery is situated in the village of Fläsch in Graubünden Canton. This region is called ‘Bündner Herrschaft’ due to its manors and many castles. The wines from the region, ripening on gentle slopes, are widely famous. Wineries are totally specific business facilities – on the one hand, spaces have to be if possible arranged in a rational manner in order to optimize working processes, and on the other hand a framework has to be realized in fitting style and proper manner which will serve the winery as a symbol and image of pleasure and quality.
